Within Australia, Vivian Chan Shaw uses Australia Post for parcel delivery. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office marked on the card. Once the order has been dispatched, we will email you.
If you are providing a business address for the delivery, please remember to include the company name.
You may request “Signature on delivery”. Contact us if you’d like to request this option.
You may prefer to designate a PO Box for your delivery. If you choose this option, just be aware that a signature cannot be collected at a PO Box address.
Orders will be sent once your payment has been cleared and transferred to Vivian Chan Shaw by PayPal.
For international orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post International Post service. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $28.00 on all international orders.
All international purchases are exempt from GST (Goods & Services Tax). However, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
